I should be showering and getting into my normal position by now. I like to be HBT (horizontal by ten) but when you spend five hours on the bike and you have three kids and you have to eat, well the HBT doesn’t always work.
The Gear Movement Pro Cycling Team’s Deidre York will be representing the USA at the Italian Val di Sole XC World Cup, June 15th. This will be Deidre’s first World Cup appearance in the U23 category.

About this time two years ago I stumbled upon the Beti Bike Bash registration page. It was two days before the race and I thought, ‘What the hell do I have to lose?” It turns out nothing. And it also turns out that it was one of the coolest things I’ve ever done.
