Dealer Service Rep with Creative Skills - RockyMounts

Colorado Cycling Jobs: 

RockyMounts, a Boulder based manufacturer of bicycle and ski racks has an opening for a dealer service rep. The job is open to all applicants and will entail a diverse variety of tasks.

A normal day will consist of talking to customers, communicating & visiting with dealers, answering product questions and helping fulfill orders.

This is a full time position 40 hours/week at our building on 26th and Pearl. M-F, with occasional weekends and/or travel. No experience with bike racks necessary, but a passion for skiing/boarding and/or cycling is a must.

Qualified candidates should also have creative skills with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The job is 75% dealer service with the other 25% developing and creating marketing materials to be used in print and online.

Pay depends on skills, attitude and work ethic. If you are smart and a good worker, you will fit in really well. Health insurance via HRA (Health Reimbursement Account) available. Slackers need not apply.

Head Coach – Cycling - Colorado Mesa University

RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Associate Director of Athletics, the Head Coach is responsible for the coaching of the University’s club cycling team within the guidelines of the NCAA, RMAC, USA Cycling, and Colorado Mesa University. Includes all aspects of a collegiate cycling program: recruiting, scouting, budgeting, planning, organizing, scheduling, monitoring academic performance and promoting intercollegiate athletics.

The Head Coach’s essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Oversee cycling program. This includes scouting, and recruitment of student athletes, training student athletes and coaching them at races, monitoring academic progress of athletes, scheduling races, ensuring compliance with NCCA conference rules or regulations and eligibility of players.
- Supervise and participate in the recruitment of student athletes. This includes interviewing, screening,
assessment/evaluation, and meeting with coaches, counselors, principals, teachers and parents to facilitate the process.
- Plan and manage team travel such as time schedules, transportation by bus/vans, lodging accommodations, meal and
accommodations, insurance coverage and schedules for races and practice. Ensure travel arrangements are within budget constraints and are safe for the players’ and coaches’ welfare.

Job Summary:
FasCat Coaching is seeking an experienced , motivated and well qualified cycling coach to work in FasCat's Performance Center. This coach will bring a working knowledge of power-based training, training plan design, and a high level of racing & coaching expertise.

He/she will be expected to personally coach athletes, interpret power data, teach cycling classes, work training camps, lead group rides and motorpace athletes. An ideal candidate should be an enthusiatic motivator and passionate about coaching athletes as a career. Excellent time management and organizational skills are a must. Retail experience, physiological testing and bike fitting a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:
1) B.S. Life Sciences or greater
2) 1.5 years+ coaching experience
3) Experience training and racing with a powermeter
4) Demonstrated coaching success
4) Category 2 or higher level cyclist
5) USA Cycling coaches license or equivalent USAT
