Job Summary:
FasCat Coaching is seeking an experienced , motivated and well qualified cycling coach to work in FasCat's new Performance Center. This coach will bring a working knowledge of power-based training, training plan design, and a high level of racing & coaching expertise.

He/she will be expected to personally coach athletes, interpret power data, teach cycling classes, work training camps, lead group rides and motorpace athletes. An ideal candidate should be an enthusiatic motivator and passionate about coaching athletes. Excellent time management and organizational skills are a must. Retail experience, physiological testing and bike fitting a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:
1) B.S. Life Sciences or greater
2) 1.5 years+ coaching experience
3) Experience training and racing with a powermeter
4) Demonstrated coaching success
4) Category 2 or higher level cyclist
5) USA Cycling coaches license or equivalent USAT

Employment & Compensation:
- Annual salary of $31.5k - $39k commensurate with education & experience

This individual will directly oversee, manage, and produce all marketing and communications for Bikes Belong Coalition and Foundation. This is a full time position, based in our Boulder office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborates in the ongoing development of the Bikes Belong and Peopleforbikes.org brands

Peaksware has an immediate opening in our Lafayette, CO office for a Quality Assurance Software Tester to join our growing team. We're looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, strong exploratory testing skills, and the ability to plan and execute test sessions and test cases using a context-driven test approach. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manually test the functionality of our various web sites, web applications, desktop applications, mobile applications, and client-server systems
- Dynamically adapt test approach to the context of each project
- Perform session-based exploratory testing
- Develop and execute test cases, and document results
- Log clear, reproducible bug reports
- Advocate for bugs throughout the resolution process
- Work with the Test Lead and Project Manager to ensure timely testing coverage according to project schedules

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A detail-oriented and curious tester’s mindset
- 1-2 years software testing experience on desktop applications, web applications, and web sites
- Proven ability to follow direction, take ownership of assignments, and work well with others
- Proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical people at various levels
