Overview of the Auction Manager position:
An Auction Manger is responsible for researching and creating auctions to the highest standards in the industry.

The position calls for regular, close communication with consumers, clients and other operational divisions within the business.

Maintaining a positive, helpful attitude is imperative in this position. Flexibility and a willingness to help in any way possible are needed in our small, dynamic team environment.

Time management skills, including the ability to work efficiently, accurately, and be self-motivated, are expected.

Golden Bike Shop is a small, locally owned shop that focuses heavily on 29ers. Additionally, several of our close-knit crew have a passion for fat bikes and routinely participate in self-supported long hauls. Brands we carry include Pivot, Niner, Lenz, Santa Cruz, Yeti, Salsa, Rocky Mountain, Scott, Lynskey, Ellsworth, Spot and Raven Cycle Works. We are looking to hire one or two experienced mechanics for either part-time or full-time hours. Positions could be seasonal or permanent, depending on fit and will pay between $11-$13/hour, based on experience level.

Necessary Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Three to five years of demonstrated success with sponsorship, development, marketing, sales, or a combination of these
• Project-management and task-execution skills, including goal-oriented approach to workplans, development/sponsorship targets, and progress reports
• Strong motivation to succeed, self-starter, ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and to manage interns and contractors, as needed
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or other presentation software) and Google for Business
