News Item: 

Channel 9 is looking for what the greatest Colorado Olympic moment was. The 60+ Vic's Expresso Pursuit team breaking the world record is one of the choices. What IMO makes this such a special moment is the longevity of these racers, I really hope that when I hit their age that I'm not only still riding my bike but also remain competitive.... However it is subjective whether I'm "competitive today". Nice job guys

Gov Hickenlooper's keynote speech at Colorado Bike Summit

News Item: 

Gov. Hickenlooper provided the attendees of the Colorado Bike Summit with a keynote speech. Key points in his speech include
- Make Colorado the Healthiest state in the Union, not just the thinnest
- Colorado should use other successful cities like Copenhagen as an example of how bike friendly one can be.
- More CDOT attention to bicyclist in all projects.
- Continue to improve the cycling brand that Colorado has.
