I know there alot of disappointed people that did not get into this years Leadville 100 Mountain Bike Race. We have offered up quite a few great alternatives. If money is no object there is another way to get into the Leadville 100. I just saw this:

Today in the Daily Camera Eladora Mountain Resort ran a ad inviting the public to attend one of three open houses as they seek input on suggestions for facilities and upgrades at the resort. According to others they are also updating their "Master Plan". Eldora Mountain Resort had not responded yet to further information on existing or future plans. Is now the time Eldora needs to consider allowing access to some of their trails in the summer months? Make your voice heard by giving them comments on their website or attend one of the open houses
Challenge Mallorca a learning experience for American
Tejay Van Garderen (HTC-Columbia) enjoyed his professional debut on Sunday's stage one of the Challenge Mallorca, in Spain. The American came home in 69th place but worked for team sprinter André Greipel who, despite recent success at the Tour Down Under, could only manage 11th place.
Yeti Beti team invites women of all levels to participate
Lakewood, Colorado, will host what is claimed to be the first women's-only mountain bike race this summer. The Beti Bike Bash will be run by Team Yeti Beti at Bear Creek Park, 15 miles west of Denver on June 12.
