Description: The Boulder Fearsome Five, sponsored by the Rocky Mountain Cycling Club (RMCC) is (without a doubt) the nation's toughest century. 103 miles and 15,000+ feet of climbing, 8 miles of gravel roads. Featuring Boulder County's most difficult climbs: SuperJames, Sunshine Canyon-Fourmile Canyon Loop, Sugarloaf Road, Magnolia Road, and Flagstaff Mountain. 11 hour time limit. Results posted based on number of climbs successfully completed rather than finishing time. Open road event. RMCC will provide event support...you provide a smile, a good attitude, and your best climbing legs!
