Davis Phinney might just be more popular now than when we was winning races. This weekend, the Davis Phinney Foundation is sponsoring a tour, The Road2Victory Bicycle Classic. This ride is 60 miles long with two "challenge" sections which both are optional if the rider wants the burn. The start/finish is at Boulder Beer at the Wilderness Place in Boulder.

Also today, in the, the Daily Camera ran a story on how Davis Phinney has been invited to the Bolder Boulder as the person whom gets to fire the starters pistol, this just weeks after having "deep" brain surgery.
