Book description...
See what it takes to maximize cycling power, speed, and endurance "Cycling Anatomy" will show you how to improve your performance by increasing muscular strength and optimizing the efficiency of every movement.

"Cycling Anatomy" features 74 of the most effective cycling exercises, each with clear, step-by-step descriptions and full-color anatomical illustrations highlighting the primary muscles in action.

"Cycling Anatomy" goes beyond exercises by placing you on the bike and into the throes of competition. Illustrations of the active muscles involved in cornering, climbing, descending, and sprinting show you how the exercises are fundamentally linked to cycling performance. From steep inclines to slick terrains, "Cycling Anatomy" will ensure you're prepared for any challenge that comes your way.

2009 RRV #2 Photos, Links and Results

News Item:

Another great dry weekend of racing at the RRV in Golden Colorado, which is good because I don't think my bike could take another weekend of mud racing! Great announcing by Larry, my favorite line of the day was at the start of the men's cat 4 event..."folks, this is going to be uglier than a Toys are Us on Black Friday". Nice one Larry. If you are serious about states then be sure to pour over the results to see who is peaking now.

Alpha Cross #2 Report

News Item:

I was planning on racing Alpha Cross #2 but I got hit by a nasty bug so I thought I would rest and try my luck on Sunday. I drove down to the course early Saturday afternoon to check it out. What an great course! It was not your typical Colorado Cyclocross course. This was course was probably 90% "real" grass. There were a couple if sandpits and it looked like quite a few off camber turns. I hope the venue is back next year so I can race it.
