Failed Day 1 class

Today is day 1 for my 6 week class on the track... and they failed... not me. 7am class and by 7:35am still no one at the facility. All of the other students left tired of waiting for what.. 20 minutes of riding...
This seems to be inline with the disorganization they have at the moment. I know there will be problems in the beginning so I'm willing forgive and move on (giving I get credited for the lost class) but hopefully this facility will start to find their groove and mature some more otherwise they will become their worst enemy and not the ecomony or their business model.

It's very unfortunate that they didn't show. I don't think you will have an issue getting the credit, I got one for attending a class that was incorrectly suggested by their staff.

Just received a call from Paul at Boulder Indoor Cycling and he was very sorry for the incident and is providing credit for that class by shifting class to next week and having a full 6 weeks.
Things happen, problem resolved.

I new things were a little chaotic there but not showing up for the class!!! What is interesting is according to their posted schedule

There was an Open Ride II at 6:00am. I hope they figure this stuff out sooner rather than later.
