We are looking for a full-time, in-house production designer with one to two years' web design experience to create emails, web pages, banner ads and communicate directly with clients. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, comfortable working within tight deadlines, work well in a team environment and understand how triathletes, cyclists and runners think.

Job responsibilities include:
- Laying out web pages using HTML and CSS
- Designing HTML emails
- Designing animated banner ads
- Communicate with clients for coordinating and proofing deliverables

Requirements:
- Photoshop skills
- Hand coded HTML skills
- Passionate about great design and take personal pride and satisfaction in your work
- Work Mon-Fri in our Lafayette, CO office

Bonus Experience Using:
- 3rd party analytics tools (we use Google Analytics)
- Ad server applications (we use OpenX)
- Email management applications (we use eNewsletter Pro)
- Content management systems (we use Umbraco)
