Valmont is moving along... Indoor Cycling is, um, hmmm

Recently VeloNews along with about ever cycling news agency has been reporting on the movement of the soon-to-be Valmont Bike Park. And then there is the Boulder Indoor Cycling which seems to have stall. About 2-3 weeks ago I sent a few email to them to find out how things are going and find about more about the facility and still no reply. I also looked in their door and saw lumber stacked.... and yesterday the lumber is still there... same spot... new emails still go to /dev/null. Anyone have an inside scoop on this? Will the progress of Valmont Bike Park kill Boulder Indoor Cycling or fan the fames?

Big "For Lease" sign on the

Big "For Lease" sign on the far end of the building. Is that for half or all of the building???

That sign is just for the other half of the building. When looking in the window it appears that Boulder Indoor Cycling does not have the entire building

I have heard from a decent source that they are looking to open end of September but we will see.

That things are really moving along... but that contradicts what I have seen or received (or not received) in email. Hey Boulder Indoor Cycling folks, give us some insight on this site please!

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. With regards to velodromes in Boulder, Erie, Fort Collins, or wherever, I'll believe it when I see it. I'd love for it to happen, but I'm not very confident. This Boulder Indoor thing was at least looking like it was going to happen.
