Taylor Phinney set 3000m individual pursuit world record

Recently local rider, Taylor Phinney broke the 3000 meter pursuit junior world record of 3:16.589. It appears that he might be following more in the footsteps of is mother than his father seeing that Connie won the same event at age 18.
