The Global Warming Expo is recognized as a successful blend of entertainment, art, science, business and politics to inspire community lifestyle change to meet this global challenge.

The 2008 Expo will include a musical performance by local sensation Face, screening of the documentary Kilowatt Ours (with filmmaker Jeff Barrie on hand at the event), an Exhibit Hall with green vendors, dance performance choreographed by Katie Elliott of 3rd Law Dance Theater, talks on the state of our planet's ice, preparedness plans, Colorado's groundbreaking efforts and a Q & A panel with Will Toor, business entrepreneur Bruce Oreck and ice scientist Ted Scambos.

In addition, all attendees receive a Global Warming Action Kit worth over $200, containing discounted and free items from businesses such as etown, Real Goods Solar and many others.
