There's always complaints about race promoters doing this or not doing that and then someone shoves it back into their face by saying, "Why don't you put on the race and make it better!" But the complications with city officials, ACA, insurance, traffic control, etc. and well nothing ever changes until now.... These folks are skipping all that red tape and are using this flier as their only form of red tape. There you have it, no permits, no ACA, no officials, no parking issues, just make a flier and go, DONE and do it at 10:30 at night but don't bother with the night crit lights.
