Go Boulder once again is working to get cyclist using lights. Very soon if not already many cyclist will be caught off guard by the quickening of the setting of the sun causing them to be stuck out with no light and breaking the law. Other communities in the country are taking a different view of cyclist with lights, in Columbia MO cops are giving out lights instead of tickets.

Almost ran into a few idiots without lights in the last week. Some on bike path with no lights, some on roads with no lights.
