This guy had a previous DUI

This guy had a previous DUI in 1975. There needs to be a zero tolerance policy on DUI. You get convicted of a DUI, you are never be licensed to drive a car again. Ever. Car dealerships, both new and used, as well as private sellers should have to submit buyers to a background check to ensure the buyer doesn't have a DUI on record.

We're so fixated on saving lives in other legal arenas (read: GUN CONTROL), I don't know how we can as a society accept anything less than zero tolerance on DUI.
