Dopers Suck, Did Tejay Win & Danielson's Guilt

Will Dopers Suck sale out today?

Surprised anyone? What piece of information impacts you the most? Will the spot light move now to Amateur cycling and finish what matters to you most or is the whole discussion going to move on and end.

Next up, does that mean Tejay won this years USA Pro Challenge?

Lastly, words from local star, Tom Danielson on his drug use, from the Daily Camera

"Along the road to following my dream, I've had several ups and downs, but I stuck with it because I love the sport," Danielson said in the statement. "I never set out thinking I would cross a line. I set out simply wanting to compete, to race my bike and do what I love. And that is exactly what I did, clean.

"Then, after years of doing things the right way, I was presented with a choice that to me did not feel like a choice at all. In the environment that I was in, it felt like something I had to do in order to continue following my dream. I crossed the line and that is something I will always be sorry for. I accept responsibility for my choices and apologize to everyone in my life for them — in and out of the sport."

This news isn't new:

The Landis/Lim allegations are old news. However, this older article takes on a whole new meaning in light of the details of the investigation:

There doesn't seem to be any mention of Lim (although there are some redacted names of non-riders in the document) in the Landis affidavit.

Although Landis did accuse Lim of helping him dope in his leaked email to Steve Johnson in 2010 (which is included in the affidavit as Exhibit B):

"I had learned at this point how to do most of the transfusion technicals and other things on my own so I hired Allen Lim as my assistant to help with details and logistics."

Allen Lim -WTF ?

Really sucks to realize that he helped Floyd/Levi cheat.1 year ago, after being told by someone inside that Allen helped them dope, I confronted him. He completely blew up and started screaming at me that he had nothing to do with it. WTF Allen ?

Has there been any reaction from Skratch Labs/Lim about this

Can 303 contact Lim directly? Not too thrilled by the trial-by-message board direction this is headed. Also, What about a "buy your-way-back-to-the-sport" route for all of the now admitted dopers (TD, VdV, George, et al). Something like 10% of earnings for the doping years that will go to anti-doping education/testing programs. It is crazy to me that these guys stole/cheated/lied and after a 6 month "ban" (when no racing happens) and an "I'm so sorry" blog post, all is supposed to be right again. It is a bit insulting to the fans.

Allen Lim says he is clean via Velo News Story

“I believe that Floyd made the accusations he did about me in 2010 because he knew that I knew what he had done in ’05. I also figured, but don’t know, that he was mad at me for working for Lance and that he resented my attempts to thwart his doping,” Lim wrote.

Lim left his position as exercise physiologist at Garmin in 2009 to work with Armstrong at RadioShack.

“While I became aware of Floyd’s attempt to dope himself and Levi [Leipheimer] in 2005, my actions were neither complicit nor complacent and I made it clear that this wasn’t right, encouraging them as much as I could at the time to ride clean,” Lim wrote.
