Background and interview with Loops leader, Broox Pulford
Since 2008, Broox Pulford has been coordinating and leading Loops, a weekly bike ride following a series of street and trail routes throughout Denver. Cyclists of all skill levels are invited to join the massive free ride, meeting at Crema Coffee House at 7 p.m. every Tuesday, rain or shine. Celebrating Loops Fourth Anniversary this Saturday, June 23, at City Park, Pulford spoke to Westword about the big bike throwdown -- and the camaraderie that comes with group rides and safe cycling.

They need to run a few more

They need to run a few more red lights... I love that people promote cycling, but they appear to have their fair share of unsafe riders in this video.

Saw on FB that the ride leader got a ticket from the Denver Police and in the ticket the officer said there were too many infractions to list! Nice, way to represent!

Notice... Everyone stops when

Notice... Everyone stops when there are cars present. It's not so much unsafe as unlawful. But then again I don't know many cyclists who'd stop and wait all the way through a light if they could go.
