CU Short Track III
Submitted by Kris Thompson on
Last night the third addition of the CU Short Track race completed and one of our 303cycling photographers, Mark Chance was there capturing some of the earlier waves.
Results from last week are up and I am sadly disappointed to see that Single Speed riders are NOT scored separately. To be fair it seems like the right thing for CU to do, the single speeder turn out at least last week was weak. So that makes me wonder, Is Single Speed Racing dying

Does anyone have the schedule for this series, as the link in the article (http://www.cushorttrack.com/) is not working.
Thanks.

In lieu of the website, does anyone know the rest of the particulars? Specifically:
- Is the series running every Wenesday?
- For the month of June only?
- Race location?
Thanks for the help.

Our calendar has all the CU short tracks listed. Basically its every Wednesday from now until mid August. The location is always the same but the course will vary. The location is the CU Research park in Boulder. Basically Colorado and Foothills Parkway.

Website issues
Submitted by CU Short Track (not verified) on
Currently it's an accounting/administrative issue, our registration name expired and we've run into some issues renewing it. So for the mean time, we're now at http://cushorttrack.blogspot.com/
We're working on several updates, but the webmaster is on the road throughout May and June chasing tornadoes and flying unmanned aircraft for his academic research (See http://www.vortex2.org/home/ and http://tornadochaser.colorado.edu or contact me if you're interested in more details).
His target date for everything up and running better than ever is July 1. The best place to see updates is http://www.cucycling.com/, but we'll still be sure to keep you posted.
