I thought the revised course was fine and the race was well run. I would have like to see a little more staggering of the groups. In the 35+ race we were neutralized several times (fully stopped once) to allow categories riding shorter races through, at one point we were neutralized while our eventual race winner was up the road working with a group from another category.
Maybe it's simply not possible to start the groups 5 minutes apart, but the entanglements we saw yesterday certainly degrades the race experience.
Help us understand. If someone rags on another cyclist because they aren't behaving exactly like you want them to, that's okay. But, if someone points out, albeit not very graciously, that pedestrians on the paths are often guilty of bad behavior, too... that makes you ashamed?
Gee, maybe the promoter could get the flyer published according to BRAC guidelines which say that the flyer shall be made to go live no later than 30 days prior to the event.
Perhaps some of us would like to know the cost of a season pass for budgeting reasons.

You know what I hate? Pathrons. You know, those morons, dumber than cows, every time they blink they think it's a new day. How many days do you have to be passed by a few hundred cyclists before you realize that you're on a bike path and not a sidewalk, and that maybe walking to the side of the path instead of right down the middle is a good idea?
Don't even get me started on morons walking 3 or 4 abreast, or yakking on their phones, clueless to their surroundings.
