Finish is still at the top of the wall - pushed a bit further up at the top due to spectator congestion, new expo area, and timing chip distance to descending riders. Aid station by Skratch Labs will still be at the base of the wall.
The press release said that since HIghway Technologies shut down that there were no traffic devices available, so they couldn't shut the roads down, and it would be unsafe.
I have to give the WOL team credit for coming up with a solution and putting the race on. Some may complain about the new course, but given the timing of the events I think we should all be happy with everyone at Without Limits for pulling this off.

This race will be very good. Maybe even better on a completely closed course.

So, a long out-and-back that includes the Wall is stupid, but a shorter out-and-back without the Wall would be alright with you?
