releases schedule for Rocky Mountain Cup

BOULDER, Colo--The 2011 Rocky Mountain Cup presented by
schedule is finalized and will be released today. University of Colorado Criterium kicks off the series March 19th in Boulder and continues through September 10th with The Fall Vallagio Classic in Lone Tree. Up for grabs is a total purse of $12,000 for the top scoring teams and individuals.

The Rocky Mountain Cup is a season long points series aimed at promoting and rewarding consistent team road racing in the Rocky Mountain region. Points are awarded 75 places deep in each race. Overall placement in every race impacts
the series standings. All races are within in a four-hour drive of Denver with no competing events on the same day.

“I know first hand how many great teams and races are in this region,” founder, Jorge Espinoza said. “It only makes sense for us, being a Colorado-based company, to support some of the best racing in the country.”
