We are seeking qualified individuals with strengths in three key areas - product knowledge, customer service, and sales competency. Ideal candidates will be either a road or mountain bike enthusiast (or both), with decent knowledge or experience with other disciplines (cyclo-cross, touring, commuting). Prior bike shop experience is a requirement, but additional experience in customer service settings is a plus. Basic mechanical aptitude is expected. However, candidates with strong mechanical skills, from either wrenching on your own bikes or working as a bike mechanic, will be given greater consideration. Additional desired skills include selling to women in a shop with a dedicated women's department and experience selling/performing fit services.

Turin is located just south of downtown Denver in a vibrant, exciting, and diverse neighborhood. Our location attracts a wide spectrum of cycling enthusiasts, from Olympic and professional athletes to the neighborhood patron who uses their bike for fitness, recreation, or general transportation. In order to thrive in this environment, our sales people need to be able to engage at many levels and relate with our customers in ways that keep them coming back. This kind of customer engagement requires the aforementioned product knowledge and customer service skills, but also a willingness and ability to step outside your own personal situation, as well as the flexibility to change your approach to best meet the needs of the many kinds of customers we serve.

Turin's downtown location makes it an attractive place to work, either because we're close to where you live or because the work environment offers an exciting change from what you're doing now. Regardless of where you live, access to the shop is easy as we're located right off the Cherry Creek Trail bike path and major bus routes. Interested applicants should expect to work at least one weekend day. Having said that, we accommodate our employees' needs with respect to school, racing, and time off for vacations. We offer competitive pay based on experience and abilities, paid time off, and excellent employee purchase benefits.
