Yoga for Cyclists and Triathletes

Hats off to those who can get affective training in on their stationary bikes however for the rest of us now is a good time for alternative and corrective measures to counter balance the affect of riding the bike outside. Strength training and Yoga can be a good start and a friendlier activity than riding the trainer in your basement.
