The victim, Dori Bland, 22, of Boulder, was riding with friends when she fell and part of her damaged bike impaled her upper leg. She was located and evacuated by members of Fourmile Fire Department, Rocky Mountain Rescue, AMR paramedics and Boulder County Park Rangers.
