Hello,

Good news and Bad news Report on the International Velodrome at ARISTA.

The Bad news is we have to wait.
The Good news is we have a signed "Letter of Intent" to develop an indoor velodrome in Broomfield, Colorado. We have Municipal Bond funding, a designated park site and a commitment to be part of a major Colorado development.

Obviously, the velodrome was not part of the first phases of the overall ARISTA development design. We were trying to work our way into the current funding phase. We almost made it. We are now part of the next funding phase which becomes available for construction in the
first month of 2009 with completion in the summer of 2009.

The delay is a disappointment to all of us but good things happen to those who wait. I thank you for your support in the past and look forward to working with you in a few months.
