Our mission at Boulder Cycle Sport is to provide the highest level of customer service and to offer cycling products we trust and use ourselves. Whether we're serving first time riders, recreational enthusiasts, or elite-level racers, Boulder Cycle Sport strives to be the foremost resource for all our customers' cycling needs. Our goal is to not only be the best bike shop in the world, but to also be the best retail store in the world.
The Area: Sales
Our sales team does much more than sell bikes; we listen to the needs and desires of our customers, educate them about products and services, and build and manage long-term relationships. We approach every interaction with a sense of enthusiasm for cycling as well as in-depth knowledge. We are also energetic team players keen to roll up our sleeves, lend a hand to our colleagues, and do what's necessary to get the job done. As consummate professionals, we are proud to set the standard for customer service not just in the bike industry, but in any industry.
The Role: Women's Department Lead Sales
As the Women's Department Lead Salesperson, you are a store manager and the driving force behind Boulder Cycle Sport's expanding women's cycling department. You oversee all areas related to women's cycling at BCS, including sales; customer service; merchandising; purchasing input regarding women's bicycles, apparel, and accessories; and spearheading women-specific programs and clinics. You also participate in the day-to-day activities of our Sales Associates. A compelling leader, you relish the opportunity to help colleagues grow and develop. You are an adept and experienced sales professional who works with our Owners and Service Managers both to lead the store on a day-to-day basis and to set, pursue, and achieve big goals. You work to establish Boulder Cycle Sport as a destination resource for cyclists across the spectrum, including those seeking high-end, specialty, and custom bicycles and accessories. You continually look for ways to improve processes, increase productivity, and grow the business.
