165,848 miles nets Trips for Kids $25,000

With over 16,000 car trips avoided and over 160,000 miles logged, the 2MC Red Team rolls victorious in the 2010 2 Mile Challenge team competition. Trips for Kids, Red Team’s beneficiary organization, will be awarded the $25,000 victor’s grant. With over 60 chapters operating in the United States, Canada and Israel, Trips For Kids® has opened the world of cycling to over 60,000 at-risk youth.

“CLIF BAR congratulates the Red Team and Trips for Kids for winning this year’s 2 Mile Challenge,” said Gary Erickson, founder, co-owner and co-CEO Clif Bar & Company.
