Scott Cropper joins Panache Cyclewear Co. as E-commerce Manager
(Boulder, CO, March 21, 2012) — Panache Cyclewear announced today the addition of Scott Cropper to the newly created position of E-commerce Manager. Cropper will be responsible for translating the Panache Cyclewear online strategy into transformative product requirements and service-oriented user experiences on panachecyclewear.com and the hundreds of custom apparel e-stores that run on the company’s MyTeamStore online ordering platform.
Cropper was most recently one of the lead Web developers for Competitor Group Inc. where he guided Web development for all of the competitor.com web sites including VeloNews, Triathlete and the Rock & Roll marathon series. Prior to working at CGI, Scott was a software engineer at Identity Automation in Houston, TX. He has held manager positions at Pedal Power bike shop in Lexington, KY and Red Rocks Cyclery in Morrison, CO. He also served eight years in the Marine Corps.
“We’re changing the rules in custom cycling apparel by using advanced Web technologies to make the team ordering and fulfillment process better, faster and more accurate. ” Said Andy Pemberton, President of Operations. “For us it’s about delivering high quality product with ridiculously high customer service. Scott’s a great developer with strong customer empathy. The perfect combination for building a satisfying online user experience for our customers.”
MyTeamStore is a Web-based ordering system from Panache Cyclewear that enables team riders to individually pre-order their cycling kits in a private team-branded micro-site. Over 80% of Panache Cyclewear custom apparel clients use MyTeamStore to order their custom cycling kits.
Said founder Don Powell, “After launching MyTeamStore in 2011 we recognized pretty quickly that online ordering was what the customers wanted and where we should invest. We’re seeing crazy growth in both retail and custom sales on our Web site. Scott gives us the development horsepower to charge forward with more features and benefits to make the e-commerce process even better.”

Ridiculously high customer service...
In other words:
blazed, wasted, effed-up, crunked, crazy, ripped, faded, blunted, blitzed, smashed, fried, buzzed, toasted, trashed, blasted, grass lifted, lit, stupid, hammered, retarded, tripping... Am I forgetting any?
