Pikes Peak Highway Open to Cyclists Starting Jan 2013

After running a pilot program to open The Pikes Peak Highway to cyclists for the month of September 2012 Colorado Springs Parks and Recreation Department has decided to open the highway to cyclist starting January 2013!
