*The Dairy’s galleries began with the inception of the Colorado Community Curator (CCC) program in 1997 with a roughed-out gallery area and rolling wall padlocked each night for security purposes. When Phase II of The Dairy renovation was completed in 2001, the McMahon Gallery, In Focus Gallery, Polly Addison Exhibition Space and The MacMillan Family Lobby opened as premier gallery spaces for local art exhibitions. Today, the Dairy galleries exhibit the work of more than eighty regional, national and international artists in eighteen juried shows each year.
