Customer Service & Office Support - Moots Cycles

Position Description:
Moots Cycles is seeking an energetic and organized individual to provide outstanding customer service and sales support at our Steamboat Springs bike factory. This position will be responsible for managing our front office, handling incoming customer inquiries and supporting our sales and production staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for daily operation of our Steamboat Springs showroom
- Open & close office M-F, 8:00 - 5PM
- Greet visitors, process showroom retail sales and give tours of factory
- Manage softgoods inventory and webstore order fulfillment
- Manage office and kitchen/break room supply orders
- Answer consumer and dealer technical questions about our products and services
- Work closely with sales and production staff
- Participate in weekly employee group rides and morning ski sessions!

Required Qualifications:
• Experience in outdoor industry and/or professional work environment preferred
• Proven organization, time management, and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with Quickbooks & Microsoft Office
