Colorado ranks 22nd in the nation as a Bike Friendly State

League of American Cyclist just release their list of Cycling friendly states and Colorado came up 22nd! That seems crazy low but is that just my Boulder Bubble that I live in? Look at the states that ranked higher than Colorado

That seems crazy high! How many people have been hit this year? How many people have died in the last 5 years? Have you read the spew on the Daily Camera whenever cycling is in the subject line?

Must indeed be the Boulder County bubble we live in. Just look at the yearly additions of wide cycling shoulders (N 63rd is two-thirds done and looks great).
