2014 - Open House Bear Creek Watershed

The U.S. Forest Service is holding an open house on their proposal for trails and access in the Bear Creek watershed. The open house is Thursday, April 4, 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, at the Leon Young Service Center for CS Utilities, Pikes Peak Room, 1521 Hancock Expressway.

The proposal would affect all user groups, hikers, bikers, equestrians, and motorized users. The Forest Service is seeking comments from all users.

2014 - 5th Annual Yeti Beti/COMBA Fundraiser

It's our Annual Spring Kickoff party! If you have attended in the past, you know the drill. If this is your first time, then buckle up and HANG ON! You won't want to miss a great evening with all of your spandex loving friends.

Tickets are available online at starting February 14 and limited to 250.

2014 - PV Derby

Race #4 in The Series. Held outside the quaint village of Elbert on the Peaceful Valley Scout Ranch, this venue harkens back to a time of windmills and cowboys. Intimate camping at the venue offers a, well – peaceful – setting in which to relax with fam and friends. The 22 mile loop winds through low hills of Black Forest and Ponderosa Pine, which is sure to put a big ring grin on competitors faces as this private course is a real delight. The views of Pikes Peak and rolling prairie are memorable.

2014 - Indian Creek

RACE STATUS UPDATE: We’re sorry to say that the Indian Creek race this weekend has been postponed due to excess snowfall in the area and unfavorable trail conditions at this time. We do apologize for any inconvenience, as we are extremely disappointed to have to convey this news. The race is rescheduled for June 21. All those who registered will receive an email with details and options.

2014 - Battle of the Bear

May 3rd and 4th Race #2

Event Highlights:
The Finish and Expo location are next to the lake again under the shade of the cottonwoods. Enjoy the green grass and cool waters of the lake for a post race soak of tired legs. Spectators and racers alike will enjoy the hot racing action at this fun venue. Bring your noise makers and join the party. There will be an industry expo with product sampling, and a Kidz Zone with jumpy house, games, and our Warriors Kids Race. Celebrate spring racing in Colorado with the family at this annual ritual of off-road fun.

2014 - Ridgeline Rampage

Race #1 in The Series. Three distances in each discipline, for all abilities and ages. This ripping 10-mile circuit was constructed on the hills overlooking the town of Castle Rock and Pikes Peak. This tight course winds through Gambel Oak, Ponderosa and Pinyon Pine. Designed like Battle the Bear, the neutral aid station every lap provides excellent spectating opportunities and fast racing action. Highlights include Awards Ceremonies, Expo and the Kids Zone featuring the free Warriors kids race.

Shake out the legs with the entire family at this exciting venue!
