2014 - Epic 50

The Winter Park Competition Center is hosting the 2nd Annual endurance race Saturday September 6th, 2014. The race will be run on a 25 mile loop consisting of classic Fraser Valley single track and county connecting roads.

There will be 4 Aid Stations. 1 at the start and 3 more approximately 6 miles apart. Each aid stations will have electrolites, water and Coke products as well as food.

2014 - IMBA Trailbuilding School

Join BMA, Erie Singletrack Advocates, and the Subaru/IMBA Trail Care Care Crew on August 9 for a free day of trails training!

The IMBA Trail Building School is a half-day of classroom education followed by several hours of building new trail or adding new features to an existing trail. The goal of a TCC visit is to educate and build our trails community. This is a great opportunity to hang out with like-minded trail lovers while learning about building and maintaining sweet, sustainable singletrack.

2014 - SMBA at Yellowbelly Chicken

Yellowbelly Chicken is a huge community supporter and they have stepped up to raise funds for youth mountain bike scholarships and programming.

On Thursday, July 31st, bring your friends, family, and neighbors, to the restaurant, in which Yellowbelly will donate 15% of all proceeds to the non-profit Singletrack Mountain Bike Adventures or SMBA, as the kids call it.

2014 - Highlands Ranch MTB Race Series

The 2014 HRCA Mountain Bike Race Series will consist of three races all starting behind Mt. Vista High School. The three courses will take you along the Douglas County E/W Trail and through our beautiful Backcountry Wilderness Area. Participants will race to earn points to earn the title of overall HRCA MTB Race Series Male or Female Winner. NEW FOR 2014! We will have a post race beer tent after our Thursday evening races this year. Join us at the basketball courts at RedTail park after the race and enjoy a beer while you wait for awards.

2014 - Rockymounts Bartender Series - COMBA

RockyMounts is hosting a fundraiser for COMBA and you are invited! Join us Thursday, July 31st for fun bike rides starting from RockyMounts, then a delicious Pig Roast!

The party will feature a no-drop mountain bike ride, beers from Upslope Brewing, a Pig Roast, a corn-hole tournament, and more. Arrive around 3:45 pm so we can depart for a 4:00 pm ride!

Granby Ranch - She MTB clinic

Granby Ranch is hosting our She MTB clinic this month on July 19th. Forget the pressure that comes with improving your skills or starting a new sport and try something adventurous! Come master gravity and socialize in this pressure-free, three-hour coaching session for beginner to intermediate female downhill mountain bikers. You’ll improve your form and timing with tips and tricks from Granby Ranch’s bike experts, and then test your new skills with two hours of open ride time. Dust off après-ride with a complimentary wine tasting and appetizers, slope slide at Granby Ranch Grill.

2014 - Women’s Wednesdays coming to Keystone Resort

Have you been curious to give lift-accessed riding a try, but don’t have the gear, don’t know anyone, and not sure if it’s worth the expense for an entire day?

Then come shred Keystone Bike Park with other girls every Wednesday from June 18 - August 27. For $30 you can get a lift ticket, bike, helmet and protective gear rental from 3:30 - 5 p.m. at Keystone Sports, and guided riding down the mountain with a coach from the Beti AllRide Clinic.
