Join us for this clinic and learn how enjoy the true pleasure of riding in a group.

Ride faster, save energy and pedal like a pro.
This clinic teaches skills that will help you ride close to others safely and comfortably.
• Learn how to save energy by riding in a pack
• Get comfortable riding closely to other riders
• Learn and practice proper pack etiquette and communication skills

Climbing and Descending Clinic

Learn how to climb more efficiently and descend with confidence. This clinic is offered in both May and June. Attend one or both; you will learn something new each time.
Location: Dinosaur Ridge, Morrison (Closed to traffic)
• Learn how to climb like a pro – seated and standing climbs, short climbs, steep climbs, extended climbs.
• After going UP, we’ll teach you how to descend safely

Women's Back to Basics Cycling Skills Clinic

This clinic lays the foundation for everything you do on the bike. Whether you are new to cycling or just need a refresher, these skills help you ride safely & confidently.
Location: Meet at FAST LAB studio (Orchard and Quebec)
• Learn bike handling skills
• How to shift smoothly along with proper braking technique
• Where to ride in the road; signaling and how to look behind you safely

2016 - Biking Basics for the beginner

May 7; 8:30 - 12:30 Longmont

No fancy bikes or lycra required - or even allowed! Two hours of classroom time and two hours of instruction on the road/in the saddle to help get "re" beginners back to feeling comfortable. Gearing, where to ride, what to wear, bike safety checks, helmet fits, etc. This class is subsidized by the City of Longmont and is only $25.00 but you must register (for insurance purposes)

Project ReCycle was started in 2010 with a purpose of making children smile by providing them a bicycle. Our firs run at this venture lead us to create a program that would not only guarantee smiles but would also influence children behavior in a positive manner. Children are encouraged to earn a bike by improving in 3 areas; Respect, Attendance and Academic Growth. Our Dream Bike program (DBP) has benefited over 3000 children since its inception.
