Overall Scope of Position
The Account Manager (AM) works directly with Pactimo’s Custom Division customers. The AM is responsible to understand our customer’s needs and fulfill those needs within our procedures and policies. The job entails multiple aspects including but not limited to: customer service, technical knowledge of Pactimo’s custom products, basic design skills, basic accounting, and order processing. This is a detail oriented desk/phone job that requires focus on multiple customer based needs.
• Represent Pactimo in a positive and professional manner.
• Communicate with and guide customers through custom clothing ordering process.
• Communicate design direction between customer and design team.
• Maintain relationships with customers after ordering.
• Work in conjunction with the entire Account Manager staff, i.e. AM meetings, covering accounts, working together.
• 5+ years’ experience in customer service, sales or related field
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Cycling experience a plus but not necessary
• Design software a plus but not necessary
