Slipstream Sports is currently hiring for an eCommerce Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Coordinator. The team’s online store, www.shopslipstreamsports.com, offers a complete line of team issue products from various sponsors including Garmin, Cervelo and Castelli among others. Working for the online store provides a unique vantage point from which we can help fans learn about and purchase highly technical team gear throughout the year.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for professional cycling and understands the excitement that fans get from following our team throughout the race season. We have a casual workplace and flexible hours that require a willingness to work independently and execute projects and tasks without daily supervision. We’re also looking for someone with “can do” attitude that isn’t afraid to start new projects that may or may not be outside of their daily duties. This position will report to the Director of eCommerce.
Skills and experience:
*1-2 years experience in online customer service.
*1-2 years experience working in online retail, or traditional retail in the outdoor sports industry.
*1-2 years working with Magento, Woocommerce, Shopify or other eCommerce platform.
*Understanding of online shipping software used to process orders, such as ShipStation or Shipworks.
*Basic understanding of cycling apparel and nutrition required.
*Previous knowledge of professional cycling, or interest in learning more about the sport we love.
This position is based in our Boulder, Colorado office. No relocation, Front Range Denver / Boulder applicants preferred.
