    Boulder Cycle Sport is looking forward to the 2012 cycling season and we are seeking individuals with a passion for cycling, a knowledge about current cycling products and trends, as well as retail and mechanical experience. The position will offer flexible hours and compensation based on experience.

    We are currently seeking:
    SALES STAFF: We are seeking qualified people with a passion for cycling who have the ability to inspire people to ride and a knack for getting people of the right bike and the right equipment! This person will be a driving force in the Boulder Cycle Sport sales team where duties will include, but are not limited to sales, customer service, store merchandising, purchasing input regarding bicycle, accessories and apparel. A qualified candidate has bicycle retail experience, a knowledge of current road and mountain bike technology and superb customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask in fast-paced work environment. Applicant must be willing to work weekends. This position is open immediately and compensation is based on experience.

    SERVICE MECHANICS: Boulder Cycle Sport is seeking top notch mechanics to enhance our well-respected service department. The ideal candidate must have at least three years of consistent bike shop experience and have up to date industry and product knowledge. Attendance and/or certification from a bicycle mechanic school is a plus. Experience with disc brakes, suspension, and wheel building is preferred. Duties include bike repairs, bike builds, and general customer service. Applicant must be willing to work weekends. Pay is based on experience. The ability to be a team player, multitask in face-paced work environment and be willing to do anything to get the job done is a must.
