    Avid4 Adventure offers private lessons, group lessons, specialty camps, & birthday parties at Valmont Bike Park. We are currently seeking an experienced freeride instructors confident in slopestyle, dirtjumping, & pump-track terrain features. Flip-whipping is not a necessity, but you should be comfortable discussing the trick and throwing down some style on the course. Will be instructing both youth and teens, ages 6-17. Previous freeride instructional experience desired. Must have a passion for teaching and a desire to work with children and adults of all ability levels. Part of the interview process will be spent riding with our lead FreeRide instructor. 21+ only.     - Must be willing to be fully background checked
    - Must be current in CPR & Wilderness 1st Aid, or enrolled in course
    - Must submit all Avid4 staff documentation before being scheduled

    - $75-$95 a day, DOE

    The Quick Overview:
    Work with an awesome, skilled & enthusiastic team in and around Boulder, introducing kids and adults to intermediate to advanced FreeRide skills.

    Avid4 Adventure Objectives:
    Provide activities that develop students' judgment, personal responsibility,
    self-esteem and confidence. Create a group setting that provides team
    building and new opportunities for social development. Enhance environmental
    understanding and stewardship. Increase physical and outdoor skills.
    Introduce students to non-competitive active outdoor lifestyle pursuits.

    Requirements, Timeline & Procedure:
    This program is all about teaching, safety, and fun, so if you don't have a passion for working with youth and adults, you need not apply. Minimum requirements: outdoor instruction experience, youth experience, Wilderness First Aid & CPR. We are accepting applications and will continue to do so until all positions are filled. Must be over 21 years old. Must be available for staff training May 18-23rd. VBP Camp starts May 27th & runs through August 9th, 2013. Please do not just send a resume and cover letter.
