CatEye America is a cycling accessory company focused on building a loyal cycling and retail base with strong customer service and sales support.
CatEye America and it’s parent company CatEye Co., Ltd. is a Japanese manufacturer of high quality bicycle headlights, taillight, cycle computers and accessories.
We are looking to hire a friendly, creative, versatile and adaptable individual who is self-motivated and can work independently or as a team to contribute in several key areas:
•Providing Customer Service and Technical Support to retailers and consumers via phone and email
•Processing Warranty Returns
•Seasonal, Full-time position (June - November)
This individual has the supporting responsibility of providing excellent customer service; including set-up, use and troubleshooting of CatEye products including cycle computers, headlights, safety lights and accessories. The hire will have day-to-day responsibilities of answering technical support phone calls, emails and processing warranty returns from retailers and consumers.
• Strong communication skills - written and oral
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
• Computer and typing skills - Macintosh or Windows environment
• Knowledge of bicycle industry required. Service or retail experience preferred.
The ideal candidate must be friendly, cheerful, team oriented individual and have knowledge of bicycle industry, products and trends. They must be extremely detail oriented and highly capable of managing all aspects of a customer service and warranty department. This is a small, fast moving business. Flexibility, adaptability and change must be enthusiastically embraced.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary $14,000 - $15,000/6 months based on experience. Potential for year-round employment after 6 months. Health and Vacation.
