Overall Scope of Position: The Account Manager (AM) works directly with Pactimo’s Custom Division customers and reports to the Customer Service Manager. The AM is responsible for understanding our customer’s needs and fulfilling those needs within our procedures and policies. This position requires superior customer service, time management, and communication skills supported by the acquisition of technical knowledge of Pactimo’s custom products, basic design skills, and order and production process.
Represent Pactimo in a positive and professional manner.
Communicate with and guide customers through custom clothing ordering process.
Communicate design direction between customer and design team.
Maintain relationships with customers after ordering.
Work with the entire Account Manager staff in a supportive and cooperative nature by participating in regular AM meetings, covering accounts, answering phones and working together to serve the customer.
Strong customer service, conflict resolution and communication skills
Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Design software familiarity a plus but not necessary
5+ years’ experience in customer service, sales or related field
Candidate must provide own computer and internet access
Cycling experience a plus but not necessary
