    Job Summary:
    FasCat Coaching is seeking an experienced, motivated and well qualified sales representative to sell & meet customers’ needs for the following:
    - Powermeters
    - Coaching packages
    - Camps & clinics
    - Indoor Cycling Classes
    - Bike Fits
    - Exercise Physiology Testing

    This position will also provide customer/athlete support from start to finish thru phone, email, online, and walk in retail. Also included are sales presentations in house and nearby.

    The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of powermeters, training with power, coaching with power and the intricacies of cycling computers used with powermeters. It is a fast paced position that demands sales savvy, patience along with following thru with sales leads and customer service.

    This position requires working with the marketing team generating sales and being a liaison to the coaching staff. An ideal candidate would be an experienced salesperson, a great explainer, closer and passionate about helping endurance athletes. Excellent time management and organizational skills are a must. Coaching experience, physiological testing and bike fitting are a plus. Experience with CRM a big plus

    Desired Qualifications:
    1) Experience training and racing (using!) a powermeter
    2) 1.5 years+ sales experience
    3) Excellent Phone & Email Communication skills to handle sales leads and customer service
    4) Working knowledge of Cycling Coaching & PowerMeters – it helps to have been a coached athlete
    5) Must be upbeat and outgoing with a strong work ethic – ability to work independently & be a resourceful team player
    6) Skills/Qualifications: Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales.

    Job Duties: Handle incoming phone and email sales inquiries for powermeters, coaching, camps, clinics, indoor cycling classes, bike fits & testing services.

    PowerMeters
    - Become or be an expert on technical aspects of powermeters, ANT+ cycling computers, frame compatibility & installations
    - Order inventory from vendors, manage arrival expectations, deliver inventory reports
    - Shipping
    - Manage FasCatPowerMeters.com :: web copy, photography & generate sales videos
    - Utilize backend website to generate customer reviews
    - Work with management & marketing team to create & manage promotional sales & prepare sales reports to link the two
    - Prepare sales presentations for in house events and on site team presentations
    - Create & maintain customer database
    - Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, promotions, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

    Coaching
    - Follow up on coaching inquires, explain the service & levels, billing and expectations. Schedule coaching consultations with athletes and coaches over the phone, video and at FasCat.
    - Follow up with new athletes to check in, answer questions, guarantee satisfaction
    - Work with management & marketing team to create & manage promotional sales & prepare sales reports to link the two
    - Prepare sales presentations for in house events and on site team presentations
    - Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
    - Create & maintain customer database
    - Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

    Camps & Clinics + Indoor Cycling
    - Serve as initial host/concierge for camps and a liaison between athlete and coaches during the first week of indoor cycling
    - Prepare sales content for camps and clinics
    - Follow up with inquiries

    Sales Reporting
    - Submit daily call/email/phone/walk in reports, attend weekly sales meeting
    - Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

    Customer Service
    - Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

    Employment & Compensation:
    - Annual salary commensurate with experience + sales bonus

    - This is a Full Time Position, 40 hours week with some seasonal weekend work required
