    General Summary:
    Chrome is looking for the next custom bag maker to become the newest member of the Chrome Familia Denver. This new member will be responsible for the production of custom Chrome bags in shop while delivering a best-in-class brand and customer experience. Key responsibilities will include the sewing and construction/ repair of Chrome bags in shop, upkeep of custom area and industrial sewing machines, bringing fresh new ideas to improving the custom experience, supporting inventory management of the custom area, and an understanding of a detailed POS system.

    In addition, Chrome Denver shop familia are involved in community outreach, local guerilla marketing, pre-release product testing and development, and throwing legendary parties at Chrome Denver.

    Essential Duties/Responsibilities
    Construction of Chrome Bags in Shop
    The minor repair of Chrome Bags in shop
    Keeping the custom area merchandised, well organized, stocked and clean
    Perform industrial equipment maintenance tasks such as replacing needles and cleaning and oiling sewing machines.
    Provide input on key company initiatives, including product development and testing
    Proficient computer & communication skills
    Help organize and run parties, local community events, and marketing efforts
    Reaching and exceeding store sales goal

    Requirements
    2+ years working with industrial sewing machines and sewing experience
    Able to complete a sewing test on interview
    Must have a thorough knowledge of fabric, linings, and cutting patterns.
    Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to find innovative ways to drive the custom experience
    Knowledge of retail processes and procedures
    Strong understanding of the Chrome brand
    Stoked to become part of the Chrome Familia
