2013 - Trail to Farm Bike Tour

Sunday, September 15 from 9 a.m - 1 p.m.

Join Boulder County Parks & Open Space for our first ever “Trail-to-Farm Bike Tour.” This family-friendly self-guided ride will travel along the LOBO Trail between Niwot and south Longmont. Stops along the way will highlight vegetables, an orchard, native plant propagation, livestock, ditches & irrigation, corn fields, and a fun agriculture education area.

Ideal for families with kids, there will be activities for kids and parents at each stop, including prizes. Everyone is welcome!

2013 - CSU RAM Bicycle Classic

The 5th Annual CSU Ram Bicycle Classic sponsored by TIAA-CREF is a noncompetitive bicycle tour of Larimer County (including Strava segments), boasting breathtaking foliage and mountain views along the foothills. Riders of all ages and abilities can choose from four rides: 100-mile, 65-mile, 35-mile and an 11-mile Family Fun Ride - all starting and ending on the CSU campus.

2013 - WholeHearted Bike Tour

The inaugural WholeHearted Bike Tour to benefit the American Heart Association is on Saturday, July 27. The ride is capped at 50 participants for this first year and includes two route options (century through Ward via Lefthand Canyon or metric century to Hygiene). Both rides start and finish at Kupfner field in Superior. Go to www.crowdrise.com/whbt to register.

2013 - 4th Annual Jam the Damz Colorado Charity Ride

The 4th Annual Jam the Damz Colorado Charity Ride will take place on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2013. The ride, which offers 10K, 50K, 70K and 100K courses, benefits three area organizations that provide sports and recreation opportunities for individuals with disabilities and physical challenges.

Jam the Damz began in 2010, as collaboration between Craig Hospital, U.S. Handcycling, and Adaptive Adventures to raise awareness and funding for adaptive sports and recreation in Colorado. The 2012 ride raised more than $60,000 for the three organizations.
