From the Daily Camera:
One of the many appeals of the Boulder Creek Path is the scenic waterway that runs alongside it.
But when the historic flood struck Boulder last month, much of the popular multi-use path suffered extensive damage in the fast-moving waters.
"All of my routes are near creeks, and most of them were wiped out," said Jacob Micklin as he ran near Scott Carpenter Park on Tuesday afternoon.
City officials said they don't know the percentage of the creek path that still needs repair, but crews are doing work across the entire path. They don't know yet when it will reopen.
