The Feed (https://thefeed.com/) is hiring for a Customer Service and Shipping Manager position. We are an online retailer that delivers the world’s largest and best selection of sports nutrition conveniently to our customers. We're looking for a highly motivated Customer Service and Shipping Manager who is interested in joining our sales and customer service team in Boulder, Colorado. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Shipping all customer orders from our Boulder, Colorado warehouse.
* Assisting our customer service team with customer database management.
* Assisting our lead buyer with inventory management and vendor relationships.
Our ideal candidate will have an intimate knowledge of fitness, cycling, running, triathlon and / or any athletic pursuit made better with proper nutrition. An interest in working in an "all hands on deck" start up atmosphere is also required. If you're ready to come to work and do whatever it takes on any given day, we want you to join our team! Compensation commensurate with experience and knowledge of online retail and sports nutrition. This is a full time, 40 hours per week position.
