Join Boulder County Parks & Open Space for our first ever “Trail-to-Farm Bike Tour.” This family-friendly self-guided ride will travel along the LOBO Trail between Niwot and south Longmont. Stops along the way will highlight vegetables, an orchard, native plant propagation, livestock, ditches & irrigation, corn fields, and a fun agriculture education area.
Ideal for families with kids, there will be activities for kids and parents at each stop, including prizes. Everyone is welcome!
Details: Three check-in points will be available from 9 am until noon. The tour will end and all stops will close at 1 pm.
Costs: $5 per child (under 18), $10 per adult and $25 for a family (max 6).
Children must be supervised.
Approximately 7 miles round-trip. Trail surfaces include concrete, crusher fines, gravel and dirt.
