We scheduled this event for Saturday 4 to 8pm so that folks can visit that "other" event in town and then come mingle and spend time with us and friends before heading out to dinner. We may perhaps have some light snacks available. The hotel's cash bar is right next to our exhibit room so you can make this a fun hangout spot to meet up and relax
