Police release sketch of man who grabs women on Thornton bike path

A man attacked two women in separate incidents in Thornton, on a bike path along East 128th Avenue, police said.

Both recent incidents happened between 7:30 and 8:30 p.m. between York and Steele streets, according to a Thornton Police Department media release.

In both incidents the victims were approached from behind and inappropriately touched, police said. The assailant then fled the area on a bicycle.

He is described as a white man in his 20s, between 5-feet, 8-inches to 5-feet, 11-inches tall, with light brown, curly or wavy, hair.
